Origins unknown
We take a lot of things for granted. Like breakfast. For some people getting out of bed in the morning is enough of a challenge without having to contemplate preparing breakfast. And a good one. Not just something out of a box of cereal. Something requiring ingenuity and application.
With the persuasive involvement of our building superintendent Jeff (who keeps chickens on his property) we have lately reintroduced the nutritious egg model to the morning repast. In fairness it complements what is already a bountiful habit; namely, steel cut oats with fruit and Kéfir. Oh, and I have reason to believe there might also be a supplemental spoonful or two of almond butter, cashew butter or peanut butter.
